Paging Hjamr

I have a newbie that is chomping at the bit wanting to get out there and fight. So about 3-4 months ago, I referred him to Hjamr to get one of his SS Spangen starter helms. After quote and timeline of 3 weeks delivered was given. Payment was sent. That was, as I said, about 3 months ago. I feel responsible because I was the one to refer him to Hjamr. Does anyone know what's going on with him? Or if he sees this, can you contact me and let me know what's going on that his helm is being held up... This not intended to blast Hjamr in any way, I want either for him to contact me about this or someone who knows him to pass on the reason why he needs to contact me. My referring people Hjamr's way was based on what I've seen on AA about his product and customer service.

thank you. Now I can understand what's going on in both of these posts, but as I stated, payment was made and I do not see my newbie's name on his queue... And that disturbs and concerns me...

I have two new fighters that got helms from him in the last few months.
In one case that the completion/shipping times he quoted were not met, but the helms did arrive. In that case, he literally posted on the AA 3 weeks in a row that the helm was done and was shipping later that week. (I don't know the details of the other order.)
This is not a shot at Hjalmr -- he provides a fair product at a very fair price -- but to let you know that he has made good on his orders, even if they weren't in the original time frame he quoted.
He should communicate though...

Communication is key! My newbie hasn't heard from him for a week and a half and that's after Hjamr stated he was shipping the helm. If it was coming from over seas, I could understand it. Hell! My gaunts took about 3 weeks to get to my door from Poland! Bottom line is no communication, no tracking #, and no helm!

He will likely answer this post or PM you fairly timely.
That said, what is the going rate for a newbie these days? Do they come with papers?

What is your "newbies name"? I only have 4 orders left to fill and mail out and I have been in constant communication with those customers. As far as I am aware I am no where near 3 months behind on an order. I have been a bit lax on the communication, but I have been posting here on the archive regularly -unless the archive or my computer has had problems which seems to be more common then usual.
I have been checking the Archive regularly though and haven't seen anything regarding me in awhile. I saw this post today and so here I am.
Due to my possible closing, I have had a hard time getting orders out on time. This has been explained to my customers and so far everyone has been ok with it. If you send me some information, perhaps I can figure out whats going on...
I do apologize for making your recommendation tarnish your name. It was not my intention...
