Looking for a cheap source for imitation Whitney-JR hand pun

Hello,

I swung by Harbor Freight this past weekend because I was out in the area. I picked up a handful of stuff that might be useful in the future but I was looking for their imitation Roper Whitney Jr metal hole punch. Previously it was listed "In Stores Only" but now it isn't even available on their web page.

The best alternate I have found is:

plus about another $8 S&H. Anyone have any other/cheaper sources that I can check out?

They still stock the chinese version of the XX punch or you can try Ebay;
it seams several people bought up the remaining stock and have started listing them.
Usualy around 18-40 plus shipping.

I have a spare whitney and a spare parker punch but I can't come close to the import prices.
