do a quick search here and you will find plenty.
i have dealt with them numerous times.
call me a glutton for punishment.
here is an example of their customer service.
4 weeks ago i ordered 24 rivets from them.
2 weeks later they told me the rivets had finally shipped.
2 weeks!
then the very next week they told me they did not in fact have the rivets and that they mysteriously got lost in the mail.
if they were lost in the mail how would they know?
they then said the rivets i wanted were unavailable and i should choose a different style.
a few years ago i ordered a custom helm.
it took much longer than quoted but when it came it was very nice.
the only problem was that they forgot to add the parts we had previously discussed and i was charged an additional $90.00 for.
when i asked for a refund on the work they did not do they simply said no.
i was out of luck.
dont do it. its not worth the headache.
whatever you are looking for chances are someone else can do it just fine.
except maybe the rivets.
nobody else seems to make anything like that.
