Gotta make some shipping money for the ton of stuff that I am finishing. I am offering up a few sidearms for sale. Each one comes with a leather scabbard; the body of each is in black, but I can provide accent pieces in any color and I can also supply white belts for an additional fee.
First up I have two short swords- one for almost any period and one for early period (Roman/Celtic era). The first is a simple crossguard sword with a Windrose set. Length of blade and overall length is included below w' the pics.
The second is a thick-bladed Gladius style sword. It has a gold-painted hilt (hilt was cut from a single piece of rattan by Thomas MacFinn) and a dark brown leather handle that was wet-formed over the carved handle. I remind you- the scabbard bodies for both of these swords have already been cut and dyed black. You can pick any color you want for the accents.
I can make either of these swords with a belt or a baldric- that choice is up to the buyer.
Short sword w/ windrose hilt and scabbard- $175
Gladius w/ painted hilt, wet-formed handle and scabbard- $185
