Benefit Auction for Lloyd Clark

Post by AL »

I've been proud to call myself a friend of Lloyd's for a while now. I've been watching Lloyd sell off his life for over a year here on the AA to cover the loss of his job and lack of a replacement. Anyone who knows Lloyd knows that theres nothing small about him from his build to his personality to his ethics, he's larger than life all around. I'd like to help him out as he has us in the past. We have a set of splinted greaves and bracers on brown leather with brass fittings ( like these http://www.merctailor.com/catalog/popup ... php?pID=32 and these http://www.merctailor.com/catalog/popup ... php?pID=75 only on brown leather ) from a cancelled order and figured we'd run a little benefit auction on them with all proceeds going to Lloyd. We'll cover the shipping ( sorry parcel post is all we can afford ). Paypal or credit card is fine.

Start at $5 and runs till Friday. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

I have opinions of my own- strong opinions- but I don't always agree with them.

For some reason, when I click on the links, it is re-sizing the browser and shrinking it down to fit just the image. Firefox 4. Anyone else having the same issue?
Westerners, we have forgotten our origins. We speak all the diverse languages of the country in turn. Indeed the man who was poor at home attains opulence here; he who had no more than a few deiners, finds himself master of a fourtune.

Hi All.

I want to thank everyone for this. The money will really come in handy this week. Al has been a great friend of mine for years, building me great gear to joust in that has saved my butt on many occasions, and I really want him to know how much this means to me.

Thank you all.
