New Light Weight Arming Cotes pre order sale!

Post by Duke Icefalcon »

We are about to start production on our new light weight 100% cotton, arming cotes. These summer weight cotes will have a very thin amount of padding and much less weight than our padded cotes. The fill is 100% cotton with the same tough 100% cotton shell as our other cotes.

The great thing about this sale is that you will be able to order the size and color that you want. If there is a color combo that you have been wanting but have not seen it yet, now is your time to get EXACTLY what you want. If you want to order livery for your group, take advantage of this low cost, period and sharp looking cote to walk or fight in style this ummer. Delivery should be around July, in time for Pennsic.

Half down now will reserve the cote of your choice. The other half will not be charged until they are ready to ship off to you.

I have a sample in stock and it has met all of my expectations for weight, durability, comfort and heat exchange. I think that this will meet your expectations as well. If it does not, we will give you your money back. :)

You do a really good job of shoehorning my wallet away from me. 100% cotton would be excellent. I'll have to think on this, for a bit.

How's the biceps and elbow room? Too tight on the arms has been my problem on most off-the-rack gambesons, coats, and jacks I've tried on over the years (most notably Revival Clothing's otherwise excellent work; and last year's Westland summer and fall production runs.) GDFB stuff fits my arms, but is a bit hot for Texas. How does arm room on your new line compare to the above?

My friend and I found that in the other version that the bicep was too tight in the 3xl, only just able to get them on. My other friend got an xl and also noted the bicep was snug but fit.

I'm about 19 inches in the bicep

I do not have huge biceps but they are fairly large at 18". I fit in an XL fine. I think the average bicep for a man would be less than that, so most folks should not have a problem.

I have had many questions about this sale. To clarify- You can order any size and color combination. Here is your chance to have your house or persoanl colors in an arming cote!

Is there any more definite date on delivery for these? I am curious because An Tir-West War starts on the last day of June and I wouldn't mind having one of these by that point.

I have 2 orders for these so far. I have not charged cards. I really have to order at least 45 of these to place the order at all. I need to have more orders than 2 to make this happen. Until I get at least 20 orders, I will not be able to place this order. Once the order is placed, there is about one month to delivery. It is not likely that you will have one by June.

I hope this clarifies the situation for you.

Cheers!

Greetings, Your Grace...

When is the cutoff date for putting 50% down, and how much would that be? Would it be affected by your sale ending today?

I would like to make an order for a friend, but we're trying to plan out a timeline for various armor-related purchases. How does the minimum number of orders you would need affect the actual date of the cote's arrival? If I were to order one, would I be guaranteed a certain date?

Anyway, sorry for all the questions so late in the game...

Thank You very much...

I will not take the 50% till we order. The sale price will stay the same on this until I have enough to make an order. I am at 4 of 45 to make an order at this point. As soon as I have about 20, I will place the order and we will have these in our hands about one month and a half later.

These follow standard t shirt sizes. If you are not sure you can tell me your chest circumference and I can guide you. You can always exchange it if you decide you want another size.

Thanks. I tend to be a small or medium shirt, depending on the brand. I measured my chest at 38", which size would you recommend?
