Zinc plated steel flat wire.
OD ~12mm, ID ~8mm
About 22"x10" each
Local pick up could be done in the DC/MD/VA area.

I understand that the zinc can be darkened or removed. You'll have to consult the Archive for that info. These use to be the sleeves from this:
