Both are excellent!
Windrose gave me a delay notice, then informed me that the delay notice was in error and my chin-strap and helm padding would ship soon, then gave me a tracking number... Wonderful customer service and very efficient. I will have to consider Windrose more often in my armour purchases.
Zen armoury had a delay in the gorget for Maureen, but got the fencing jacket and fencing gauntlets out to her quickly. Excellent work there! Then they kept me informed of the delay, and asked for a remeasurement for the gorget, over a safety concern, then got the gorget out in the mail to me.
Anyway, impressive work on both armouries parts. The armour is in the mail and that's great.
