I really have absolutely nothing nice to say about this merchant. Now, I understand that buying something hand made often takes time. I'm okay with this. However, I feel that's something that should be expressed up front. I ordered 1 dozen crossbow bolts from him on the 18th of last month. No mention of turnaround time was made when I ordered them. After they hadn't arrived for a couple weeks, I called and he said something about having trouble getting his material (I understand, it happens) so it'd be the next week before he could do them. I allowed another week to pass, then called again, and he gave the same excuse and the same time frame (the next week). Finally I emailed him and informed him that if I didn't get them soon, I'd file a dispute through paypal. Suddenly they're done and being shipped fed-ex 2 day delivery. Now, I received them today and of the 12 bolts, 8 had damaged fletching. Not damaged in shipping either, the damage consisted of glue in the feathers, feathers not properly glued on, and just poor quality feathers. I am now pursuing a refund, and would not recommend him to anyone.

Addendum to this review. for what it's worth, in his defense, he was quick to grant a refund.
