I have for sale a leather kidney belt. It's made from two layers of unhardened veg-tanned leather. Each layer is 10 if not 12 oz leather. It has a stip of blue camping foam around the kidneys. The inner layer is slightly smaller than the outer, and the two are riveted together with copper rivets and burs. The differnece in lengths makes it pull into a natural circle, so it fits around your body smoothly. The inner circumfrence is 38.5" when the two ends meet in the front. The current straps will allow it to expand an additional 4", but there will be a gap in the front where the two ends don't meet. I've only had one marshal give me a hard time about the gap, and he was placated when I stuck a piece of camp foam in it. If you need the extra 4" and are worried about the gap, let me know and I will make an extension for you. It is 10" tall. In the pictures it looks kind of blue, but it is really an even black. It's fairly unobtrusive as far as kindey belts go. I liked this kidney belt alot, but I just out grew it. It provides good coverage, and takes a hit well. Given the amount of leather in it, I will take $40 including priority flat rate shipping any where that a flat rate box will ship.
