I have to say the yet again, Frank has lived up to his impeccable reputation!
Back on October 31, I placed a set of SS knees for sale. Here's the link:

After I posted that I was up for trades, Frank contacted me. I wanted two pairs of his 14th cent laced boots. One of myself and my LadyWife. After a short negotiation, all was said and done...
Well, I just received the package that Frank sent. Not only did I find two pairs of 14th Cent boots, but he upgraded my pair! Thinking that this was an over-sight, I called Frank and asked if there was anything owed because we agreed on the laced boots. He simply said that nothing is owed. A matter of fact, he was worried as to whether I like the buckled boots or not! Frank has set a standard of customer service that goes above and beyond.... And then some! I would quickly do business with him again without hesitation and would gladly point anyone in his direction for a quality product and exceptional quality in customer service! 10's!
