Hello all

Cleaning out my workspace and looking to get rid of stuff that has been laying around for a LONG time. Pics all linked. Keep in mind the pics are HUGE and will take time to load, but you won't be wanting for detail. Payment by PayPal ONLY.

SPOKEN FOR: 16th Century demi-gauntlets and officer's gorget formerly produced by Vistar Armoury (my old shop). 18 gauge mild steel throughout, except for 16 gauge metacarpals. Gauntlets are a bit scuffed up and there's some rust (mostly inside) but the surface stuff has been cleaned up a bit. Used to sell a lot of gaunts like these for cut and thrust fans. Roped edges. 18.5" neck opening on the gorget, 10" opening for the hands. Would prefer to sell as a lot. $65 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Huge pics here:

SPOKEN FOR: 1 Vendel-style helm with butted mail camail. Used, unknown origin, appears to be 16(?) gauge mild steel with brass oculars. Some fairly minor rust. 26.5" inside diameter. $30 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Pic here:

SPOKEN FOR: 1 pair of 14th Century knees formerly produced by Vistar Armoury (my old shop.) 16 gauge mild steel. NEW. Some interior rust on the inside but has been cleaned up a bit. Would fit about a 17" knee. $40 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Huge pics here:

SPOKEN FOR: 1 pair of 13th Century knees produced by Christian Fletcher circa 1999. VERY RARE to get one's hands on Fletcher's armour. NEW, 16(?) gauge mild steel, nice shape. Would fit about a 17" knee. $50 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Huge pics here:

SPOKEN FOR: 1 pair of fantasy-style stainless steel spaulders with high polish, made by Vistar Armoury (my old shop, in fact these were among the very first bits of plate armour I built.) 18 gauge stainless. Small, would fit about a 14" arm. $45 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Pics here:

1 pair of 14th Century knees (or big elbows) formerly made by Vistar Armoury (my old shop.) 18 gauge stainless steel, new but unfinished. Would fit about a 17" knee. $30 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Huge pic here:

1 pair of 14th Century elbows, one with some articulated pieces, formerly made by Vistar Armoury (my old shop.) 18 gauge stainless, new but unfinished. Would fit about a 15" arm. $30 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Huge pic here:

SPOKEN FOR: 1 conical helmet of unknown origin. 18 (maybe even 20) gauge mild steel. Had quite a bit of rust on it, but I spent a few minutes on my grinding wheel and cleaned it up. Leather liner inside. Nice costume piece, 26" interior measurement. $40 plus actual shipping costs within CONUS. Pics here:

Eric, would you entertain trades for some of the books I have left?

@ Chris- they're a little big on me (my knuckles are about 4.25" across), too, until I put a glove on. Then they fit perfectly. Did you try with a glove?

@ Lloyd- wish I could, but it's gotta be $$$ right now.

Eric, How about $30 + The Ringneck book for the 14th century knees?

I'm just trying to get armour pieces together so that I can continue to do my school shows. I sold off everything and then realized I didn't have anything to show the kids!

Hi Lloyd

I don't need the book, but you can have the knees for $30. Gotta keep the kids happy :-)
