Characteristics:
- made as close to original plates as possible (plates, holes for rivets, proportions)
- plates made from 0.8-1mm (20-18 gauge) spring steel plates with further hardening
- cloth basis made of 3 layers (italian wool + extra strong linen inside + dark red lining)
- cloth is hand sewn with extra small stitches (2-3mm) from inside
- has 8 handmade buckles
- weight: 3,7kg
- any combat/battle ready

This is a nice piece, I do love the buckles...what does 92cm translate to in inches? Nevermind, I'm 184cm tall so half that would equal a 36" chest, way too small for the likes of me. With my gear and padded gamby, my chest swells to 44" (42" normally).

Very nice work! Can you post pics of the armor you wear for BotN? And is all your BotN armor hardened spring steel? I may be interested in custom work, depending on price. Fair warning though, I am 6'3" and weigh 290lbs, so my metal and fabric requirements are more extensive than yours .

A friend of mine might be interested depending on measurements. What are the chest and waist measurements? Or what are your measurements while wearing a gambeson? And how tall are you (to give me an idea how long the cuirass is)?

I saw you mention elsewhere you only use springsteel but you mention this to be regular steel -> mild steel? If spring steel, tempered or not?

The armour arrived after 1 week, not bad from Ukrain to the Netherlands!

Service: Very good.
Kyka kept in contact very well. He refurbished these 2nd hand items up to the point they might as well have been new. Also the package came with a packing bill that made it clear for customs to send it straight on, in the past customs would sometimes hold it for 4 weeks until they evaluated it's content and worth (for taxes).

Quality: Good.
Price/quality: very good.
- The shape of the bevor was simple but well executed, the chin was well formed and looks to be from 1 piece (99% sure. i'd have to remove the lining to be 100% sure). The lining itself looks to be machine made but hand stitched to the leather and follows the form of the bevor very tightly, very well done.
- The breastplate has 1 flaw, when the central rib was made a small crack is visible but other then that the shape is good and the fluting was well done.

All in all i'm happy
