Made by a guy on eBay who was making scale suits and vambraces. He's no longer in business apparently.
He riveted them to a strong leather back which prevents them from jiggling around, but there is still flexibility.
Made to fit 42 inches, but can be resized.
There is some tarnish but nothing serious.
Asking for $62 shipped.
