I have a few helms on hand ready for sale. I can give you details on any of them. If you click under the folder For Sale it will show what I have available.
http://photos.yahoo.com/patrick_thaden2001Ok, yes, there are only five different ones shown...I forgot to take picts of the sixth one...It is just a basic SCA piecs, nothing special. I will take 150$ for it. I will try and get picts of it soon.

Bob, do you take commisions? If so, how much would you charge to make a Klappvisor for a bascinet I already have?

Here are some specs on some of the helms. Caleb the close helm, height 12" a 24" head will just fit with 1/2" of padding so anything smaller would work well. Actual inside measurements are 9-1/4"frt-bck and 8"lft-rt has spring catches to keep the helm closed. 14gauge bowl and back. Ivar, The blued barbutte is 11" tall and will acomodate a 23" head with 1/2" of padding actual inside measurements are 8-5/8"frt-bck and 8"lft-rt, it is all 14gauge construction. Edric, I mostly do commision work. Send me some picts of what you have and what exactly you need and I will see what I can do for you.

The bascinet is from anshelm. It is the top one on this page:
http://www.anshelmarms.com/bascinets.htmlI believe it is a medium. I am wanting one similar to the one on the bascinet you have for sale, but with more of a point on the bottom as opposed to the rounded bottom the one in the picture has. I can send pictures with more detail if you like. I want to make one myself, but my lady wants one also so I thought I might make her's and buy mine. Just wanted to get an idea of how much it will set me back.

Edric, I tried to email you. Drop me a note and we can chat. Tybolt, I actually ran long thin rivets throught the stack if you look you should be able to see the 6 of them on the left, four are holding the hinges on as well.
