Looking for a sleeveless tunic

Hello all,

I'm looking to see if anyone out there makes a tunic design like the one shown here.

Smooth garb indeed, not to mention an interesting site for all you Tolkien-heads.
I have a shield-brother that's dying to get his hands on something similar so I thought I'd look here first.
