Steel Mastery Gambeson feedback?

Hi all! I'm looking for feedback on Steel Mastery- How are they to order from, will they work with you on customizations, are they good with communication, do they make a quality product ect.
Basicly, I want to feel secure that if I give them my money and we agree on a product and a timeline that I will get what I expect close to when I expect.
I'm looking at ordering this gambeson with a couple of minor modifications if people have had good experience with them.
