Yes I have..got one now..highly recomended...they are missing the boat by not catering to the SCA and Ren folk...I have bought many of there products..good folk..fair price..if you are into Civil War reenacting go to their store...it is the Walmart of the Civil War community..LOL. I only wish more people would spend the money on a good canvas wedge..than these Coleman tents.

I too have one of Blockaderunner's tents. I baught one of their Larger wall tents. I have seen the Roman Officer's tents made from leather in this same style. And even some of the other period drawings of this tent in canvas. Even with the poles around it on the outside while I was in Germany. I couldn't beat the price of them either. I used mine this year at Estrella.
Only thing is be sure to get the sod cloth. You don't necessarily need the ground cloth but the three inch gap between the ground and the bottom of the walls lets in some of the wind. And heat can slip out the bottom. It is well worth the $30. Their website said the shipping was only $7.00 but it is really going to be more. Just don't want anyone getting spooked.

Thadeus, I just ordered one this week. Large wall tent, 12X12 fly, and all the acutraments (rope sets, stakes, sod cloth, ground cloth, everything but the poles) They are even sending out instructions for making the poles ahead so they will be ready but for some fine tuning when the tent gets here. Tent and stuff should be here by the end of the month, and shipping was only ten dollars for all, so it would be about the same for you. I will be setting it up here a few times before Boredom to get used to setting up, and you wil be welcome to come and check it out for yourself when I have practice here or at Boredom. What I can tell you so far is that the staff is very nice and accomodating, (ask for Julie) and the prices are better than anywhere else I have seen. They have a damned good gaurentee too. If you do get one, I highly recomend that you do the poles yourself. Just what it will cost to ship them is more than what it would cost you to go to Home Depot and get the lumber yourself. If you don`t have the tools, I reckon I could even do it for you, looks pretty easy.
See you Sunday.
