helm and made from 14ga mild steel; painted inside,
liner
Size 22-25 inches.
Rondels like a bonus!
If you dont like roundels You can cut them and use only dome of the bascinet! I like roundels!

The rondels are to insure you do n0t have any peripheral vision?

Actually, they are very common on south german/Italian infantry helms. They were more popular than brimmed helmets, due to the use of crossbows, which have a flatter trajectory, whereas brimmed helms seen in Burgundy, France and England were ideal for the arcing fire of normal bows.

At least, thats what I read. It sounds plausable.

Shall we say.With roundels the corner of peripheral view becomes smaller. But it creates a sense of security from the side of pikemen attack for example.
