Sewing Review -- Rev's Raiments

Some time ago, I asked Rev. George to make some items for me. A gonfalon "Azure three garbs Or", a tabard, azure and Or, quartered and a favor for my lady likewise quartered. Also a relic of St. Louis shirt. Maroon with keyhole neckline. Pics will be posted soon.
The emails from George were prompt, to the point and he asked the right question and had a good handle on my request from the start. The items arrive and I must say this
"Damn can that man sew"
The stuff was a great canvas weight, great for fighting and display. The shirt fit wonderfully over my other gear and the tabard was the talk of our first spring event.(we have a small group up here). George also made an Jihad green shirt for my fencing partner. It was heavier and sturdy. My partner was completely satisfied with it as well.
More recently, George made our medieval club at the high school, six scarlet tabards with various simple devices. I saw them today and they are fantastic work. They will look great in the fall when the kids come back and get back to it. Again, same sturdy construction and the colors were awesome, natural looking and not commercially dyed.
George has been superb to work with and we appreciate his efforts immensely. If you need garb...Damn can that man sew!!!. Highest praises for his work and customer service.
