I paid you on 7 November for 1050 aluminum scales and 283 brass scales. You told me you would mail them on 12 November, and promised to send me a tracking number.

I have tried to contact you multiple times since then, to no avail. You are not responding to my emails and I have not received the scales.

Please contact me so we can work this out. I'm sure you were pre-occupied, but this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a friend, and it's getting a little late to receive this by APO....
