Ok.. Not talking about the officially licensed ones by United Cutlery.
I'm talking about the ones you see on e-bay for $40-$60 each.
Anyone seen one? How do they look? Don't really care about much else sincee they'd be hanging on a wall and pretty much never used.

A friend of mine just got Narsil in today. he got it for $40 off ebay and he said he it looks awesome and he loves it. You just can't beat some of those prices if you're looking for a decent wall hanger.

Good to know..
My wife and I had a talk.. Since she knows that LOTR is my all-time favorite (been reading the books over and over since I was about 11), she'll let me buy the swords.
She'll ok 1 MAYBE 2 of the official ones but if I can get something that looks just as good for 1/4 the price why not..
And yes.. These will go on my wall and probobly stay there forever.

I saw a "sting" at the renfest this year for around $60. It wasn't the officially licensed one and I wasn't impressed. That was the only one they had, so I can't speak for the others. The handle looked like a plastic imitation wood. Wouldn't look good on a wall if you ask me.

Check flea market type places - that way you can actually see what you are getting. I found a "Sting" that would have looked okay on a wall for $40 last summer. Well, maybe way up on the wall. In the shadows. Once the dust covers up a few of the...
Naaaaah. It was bad.
