Not for a last minute sale, but my wife mentioned a few months back (and Of course i promptly forgot till 2 dasy before christmas), but Hal do you think that the "viking" spears on your site would be suited for horseback (SCA) throwing into a hay bale?

I actually considered mentioning that this is *exactly* what a lot of jousting friends use them for, but I didn't feel like explaining tent-pegging and pig-sticking in the description.

Now I wish I had :).

I'll be ordering one tonight when I get home from work, do the sca horse folks also use the blunted ones for throwing as well?

Cool. Glad to help.

The GDFB spear heads with the knobby ends? Most folks use those for poking at their friends.
