Review Al-Master - Aleksandr Krolevetsky

So i enquired item 51 out of this thread from Aleksandr viewtopic.php?p=1997129#p1997129 back in January.
I saw him post the thread ages ago and was suprised they were still there after christmas and I happened to have a tape measure handy and found the measurements were pretty much spot on for me.
I had some drama's with my local bank getting the money transfer to work and Aleksandr was very patient with getting me all the info the bank continued to ask for and the money transfer went through and the greaves were shipped over to Australia.
Postal time seemed pretty quick and the items were nicely wrapped in a lot of plastic to inhibit rust and in a good size box so there was no chance of damage during transit.
The greaves them selves are great, measurements were spot on from the pictures he had posted and they fit like i think they should. Nice buckles and hinges, leather seems good, painted on the inside and a nice rolled edge on the back of the calves. Whats more they were only $300USD plus postage so got to be happy with that.
I havent got my sabatons yet to see how they will fit with them but there looks to be plenty of clearance with my turn shoes.
For any of the SCA types attending Rowany Festival this year i will have them to show off at the collegia on Friday afternoon 5pm.
Overall great armour, great price, great communication and great patience whilst i worked out the money transfer, from now on it will definately be western union from now on for any future purchases which i hope to make from Al-Master Armoury.
