Got my BOTN mace today *insane giggle* "Ahem" Sorry about that...
As i was saying, easy buying process with quick answers to dumb questions, fast delivery, lifetime warranty (and considering what its going to be used for thats pretty good!), reasonable postage and with the proviso that you get what you pay for, reasonable price.
This is how a business is successfully run.
