my wife wants me to stop making custom titanium/stainless finger gauntlets as they are too time consuming.
so I am going to start offering rough pressed Stainless fingertips.
specs are: .050/18ga 301 half hard stainless steel pressed fingertips.
they are rough cut down to size and need grinding and hand shaping to size.
these require the following work to be functional:
grinding and deburring.
polishing or surface finish.
sizing and shaping. can be ground down to size on a grinder without much problem.
hole(s) for leathers.
cost is a base $75 per set. includes 8 finger sized blanks and 2 thumb sized blanks.
am willing to cut to your desired length if you provide me measurements.
modifications:
polished set add $5
ground, shaped and attachment hole to spec add $50
buffalo hide leathers(you cut to size) add $5
depending on interest may offer set with leathers as seen at the top of the pictures.
