Depends. What period? What area? (English, French, German, Byzantine, Turkish, etc.) What material? (Bronze, steel, pewter, iron, etc.)

The more information you provide us in your questions, the better an answer we can give.

Any country 15th Century. Iron, steel or bronze will do.

I've used Tim Finkas of Stud & Buckle a couple of time and been very pleased with both the work and the service. Highly recommended.

If you get your pieces together, I will sell you a belt and install the fittings for a small phenomenal fee, I mean nominal, hehe. I have put a few belts together for some of the guys on the archive if you need feedback. Email me for details if you are interested.

I just added a sexfoil-shaped belt mount. Approx 5/8" diam, mounts with 2 prongs like most of my studs. Solid Brass. $2.50 each. (Note: NOT on the website yet).

Cheers,
Tim

That is correct Morgan, I like that motto, perhaps I could coin that phrase. "No job too small, No fee too large" hehe. All jokes aside, I will help in whatever fashion you need, be it supplying the belt blank or providing a finished product. Thanks.

Tim, do you set up at Pennsic? I'm looking for a belt for my wedding. Everyone else I'd seen casts in pewter and that doesn't really go with my green/gold motif. If no Pennsic, what's your general turn-around on orders if I might ask?

ToolGoon,

No, I do not sell at Pennsic---maybe someday! If I have the item in-stock, turn-around time on orders is within a day or two of payment/funds clearing. I often ship PayPal paid orders within a few hours of receiving notification of payment.

Custom items take a minimum of 30 days turn-around time, with 60 days or more being possible.

Feel free to contact me with any further questions or discussion>

I cannot recommend VikingLeather enough. He put my belt together for me and it barely cost me more than if I would have ordered a leather strap and put it together myself.

High quality workmanship as well.
