Post by DrTuba »

Dunno if this is the best place to be looking for this kind of gear, but you guys are seriously the most excellent scroungers I've ever seen.

What I'm looking for: Corny-kegging equipment. (soda kegs, the 5 gallon jobs)

Kits are available online, but I'm wondering who here can scrounge what, as I have an industrial beer cooler that needs filling... so I'm thinking a 4 keg rig inside it (a dark, a light, a brewed soda, and seltzer for a standard, possibly add another beer if I need the space). Would also probably need 2 seperate CO2 rigs, as they'd require different pressures for beer vs. seltzer/etc.

I'll pay fair prices for anything you guys have laying around/can find/come up with, and even consider a special batch to get rid of some of my bottles...

Email me at drtuba@mindless.com if you got a lead. Image

Hey Dr T,

You might want to send an email in this Homebrew Clubs direction (since it's in your own back yard).

Minnesota Timberworts Homebrewing Club
www.geocities.com/markalaningham/
Homebrew Club from Rochester, Minnesota.

I had the pleasure of meeting several of there members, along with a couple of other Minnesota groups this summer. Boy do they how to put on a event...and brew....and drink.... and fall over.... OK that was me on the falling over Image

But they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Cheers,
Sigeric
