Pewter plaque belt for sale

I have a pewter plaque belt made by Master Talbot. It is about 34" long. Hindged with a pin in front to connect the ends.

I'm asking $75 for it. I believe I paid $100 for it new.

What is the design on the plaques? They appear to be five-pointed stars, or crosses, perhaps, with something outside of the cross.

Look like quatrefoils, but the pic is pretty blurry.
