Full-fingered chainmail gloves

Post by Abaddon »

You know those stainless steel meat-packer's gloves with the real tiny welded rings?
You know...the ones that when new, go for about $90 per glove?
Well I got some gently used ones.
I bought the whole lot, but only needed one pair for myself.
Almost all are in really good shape. A few have a missing ring or two, but nothing that couldn't be fixed in about five minutes.
And the really good thing?
Mine come in matched pairs.
I have twelve pairs in about four sizes, medium through XXL.
First come first serve.
And not for $90 either.
$25 bucks a pair and they're yours.
Those that don't sell, will go up on eBay for twice that.

The inside diameter looks to be around 1/8 of an inch or smaller. When you wear them under demi-gaunts, they look pretty tough. It gives you the full gauntlet look with only half guantlets.

Wow.
I have gotten quite a response.
As of now I only have four pairs left.
All of them are between a size L and XL.

In addition to the four pairs listed above,
I have one offsize pair...one glove each that are both supposed to be XXL, but one is just slightly longer than the other.
It is not noticeable when you wear them, but it is when they are stacked on top of each other. I think it is just a difference in the cuff length.
I will sell this pair for only $20.00.

Alrighty... :o
Presently all gloves have been bargained for and I am only awaiting payment.
If anyone still wanted a pair, check back in here in about a week to see if any of the deals fell through.
I'll keep you posted if nay more become available.

Whoops...
I am glad that they got there at all then!
I had the same problem with a package I was expecting, except that it was my idiocy that caused it. I kept looking for an eBay item to arrive, not realizing that it had been on my back stoopfor about three days already. The man I thought had come to check the gas was in reality a delivery man who had placed the package at the back door...either because that walkway was the only one free of snow, or maybe to keep the package from being seen from the street and stolen.
Anyway, not where I was expecting to see it.
How'd you like the gloves?
