Have you checked the Historic Enterprises, I hear there quality and prices are very good. Their links are normally on top of the pages on the archive another vendor is Revival clothing they look pretty good also.
I would help you out but I have discovered after buying an entire wardrobes worth of fabric is.... I HATE sewing!!! ARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!
