Request to the Editors for Links

There was a posting awhile ago about what to do with recalcitrant merchants. As a suggestion why don't we take all the links for the usps and such and put them somewhere on the Archive as an online resource?Noone would be in the unenviable position of attacking/defending any specific merchant and then our editors would also not need to formalise any sort of "bad guy" list. Those can lead to all sorts of trouble.
I know that this proposed resource wouldn't help mewbies who are looking to buy but all the time I am seeing posts from customer X who feels wronged by merchant Y and was wondering what they could do about it.There are several excellent links that have been put forth by various members in the threads dealing with Sweet Stitcher,Galon,Court Jester,etc..
I have said before that I don't think that legal avenues should be the first pursued but sometimes their intimated usage can be enough to at least open lines of communication.
Another suggestion may be to list some does-like save all correspondence, addresses that money is sent to,etc..
At the same time list what rights belong to customers.I believe that I recall a 30-day time limit unless agreed otherwise.
I am aware that some of these may sound basic but sometimes people do need to be told.
