Greetings,

Im looking for to purchase a helm for myself. The criteria Im looking for is as follows:

1. I have had a visored Sallet in the past and like it very much so that is the general style Im looking for but Im open minded about the design.

2. I dont want any bar-grills and the visor must have a locking mechanism (no leather strap).

3. Must be made of stainless steel.

Im curious to see what helms anyone may have on hand or will have within the next month or so that they would like to sell. A used helm is fine as long as its in good shape.

You can contact me directly at cblackthorne@hotmail.com.

Thanks very much in advance for your help.

Christopher,

Have you heard of Coldsteel Armouries from the East Kingdom. They don't have a website, but they do some nice stuff. I couple of friends of mine have stainless sallets from them and they are very nice.

We have 3 varieties of stainless steel helms in stock:

The only one with a visor is the hounskull variety, and it does not have mechanical latches.

I highly recommed Steve. I purchased one of the round Great helms and was just awed by his quick responses and great customer service. The Helm is great and the service even better!

Sir Andreas:
Is the Sallet based off of a period example? If so which one? I am curious.
