Whitney Punch Price Question

I was wondering what anyone thinks is a reasonable price for a used Whitney #5 punch with a complete set of dies? I know they cost about $60 new.
You can generally get them on ebay for $30-40. I've seen them go for more, even used, but I also picked up a set for $10, and I picked up a punch with the bench mount (no extra dies) for $10.51.
It just depends on how lucky you get.
