They were left in a storage container that got damp while I was deployed so they could use a little tlc (surface rust)
The flamberge started life as a truck leaf spring. It was constructed through a combination of forge work, grinding, and welding. It is very hard and keeps a razor edge. I used to carry it at court.
The broadsword is hard but I never sharpened it. When I purchased it it was advertised at $400. I paid 250 plus the trade of a butted mail hauberk.
The voulge is made from carbon steel with an oak shaft. I made it for show purposes only.
If anyone is interested please contact me privately.
The helmet is included in the picture for scale.
