Instant Templar...

Here is an almost complete Templar outfit. It comes complete with padded gambeson, Historic Enterprises Tie Neck shirt, hand stitched linen surcoat, hand stitched mantle, and hand stitched woolen hose. Sword is a customized Arms & Armor Sword of St. Maurice. The pommel was cleaned up and has an inlaid cross. The grip was also wrapped with leather rather than wire. The scabbard was hand made by Jesse Bailey and is a work of art. These pieces have served me well for several years.
If you are interested make me an offer.

I don't think I'd wear that in the south

LOL
For real though I like this and really like the sword, I have no Idea what something like this is worth.

Halberds,
The cross guard reads:
Christus Vincit, Christus Reinat, Christus Imperat. You can read more about it here:

As for the sizing of the clothing, it was made to fit me and I'm 6' 2" and weigh 245.

Huh... I always pictured you as some short guy, sitting down, meticulously making mail in your hobbit hole.
There goes that misconception.

Well, you got the sitting down meticulously making mail in the hobbit hole correct, but the size was a bit off as you can see

Mh.. Eric, just a side question: How many Chaninsaws do you own?

Four.

Four.
*Doesn't feel like asking why.*
If I had $250 and weighed about... 50 more pounds, I'd grab the garb. Very nice lookin' stuff, with the proper aged look to make the difference between the usual "Faire-going Reenactors" and "Living History Reenactors".
Alas, I have about... $20 to spend in cash at the moment, and weigh about 155... Lol.

The sword has been sold...

Oh go on Greg, you know you want to ask.
I only have four at this time. They are used to help me maintain my sanity. You do what I do all day and you'll see that you need someway to relax to.
Actually the clothing would fit you fine.
Anyway, the sword has been sold. The clothing is all that remains.

I was thinkin' about it later, and realized that it probably wouldn't be too bad. But still, I don't have the money for it! *Sigh* my next $2,000 or so will be sucked up by a little bit of finishing projects for my three Bronze Age kits, the rest of my Varangian kit, and my WHOLE SCA kit, sans the clothing.

Erik, do you still have the Templar robe and cloak? If so, how much and where are you?
