Hi All!

Just a note to let you all know that Jeff and I got back from the UK last night, and wanted to post a general information update.

Francena is swamped and still struggling to catch up with orders and email enquirys after Estrella. Unfortunately, our laptop crashed and burned while we were on the road so we were not able to keep up with email the way we planned. I came home to 1395 emails at the "historic@pacbell", as well and hundreds more spread between our other addresses to answer and deal with.

If you've emailed either of us, or sent in an enquiry or order that has not yet gotten a response please know that we're diligently working on it and you should hear from us in a day or so. If you do not receive a response by Monday, March 7, please email back as your original message may have been inadvertently deleted with a block of spam.

Sweet lord! I will certainly think twice about "dropping you an email" considering how much traffic your inbox gets.

Although I did get some tacit approval for some purchases to prepare for the summer season--in particular a spare arm in case a rivet blows. Sweet.

Actually, please do drop me an email John. I tried to send you an email before we left and it bounced, I guess I have an old address for you.

I wouldn't worry too much about the volume- I can keep up with it as long as I can get to my mail at least once a day. I just got backlogged because we had computer troubles with the laptop and my UK friends are Luddites with excruciatingly slow connections.

Glad you are back! I have been rather frustrated with your website---a GREAT many items say out-of-stock and don't even list a price. What's the problem?

We're not out of anything but a few buckles, so I don't know what the problem is. I'll have Jeff take a look though, so thanks for the heads up.
