OK - me a lucky guy!
My good lady has decided that shiny plate armour is sexy! She has commanded me to get steeled up asap!
Need advice on stockists/armourers (especially if British!) for armour 1460 - 1490 and any other advice on arming clothes.
Donations of free armour always accepted

I don't believe it! She is telling me to buy armour!! :mrgreen:

Check out Mark Taylor's armoury site it's called dressedtokill and the site link is: http://www.dressedtokill.freeserve.co.uk/

He has loads of various 15th century armour types for sale and I know he does custom work also. I do not have any of his armour myself (just one of his wonderful 15th century poleaxes), but his stuff looks good and as far as I can ascertain his prices are reasonable.

I'd recommend either whiterose (super stuff, tad pricy for my taste) or Plessis armouries, gorgeous stuff and not priced too badly.
