New phone number problem

Greetings All
I have just found out that people calling me was getting a disconeted recording, I have Cingular, the recording is a Cell One. You have to dial me a few times before it would get through, but my old number is still working so. Sorry for your inconvenience

but having trouble with a Cell One tower
