Greetings,
I recently purchased a Pavillion from Panther through Icefalcon armoury. I am reviewing this product in two steps;
The product; Panther makes a great product, the pavillion looks great, sets up and breaks down with ease and most importantly, it DOES NOT LEAK WHEN IT RAINS. I would highly recommend this company.

The service; I bought the pavillion through Icefalcon armoury. Anyone can do a good sales job when all goes right, it is when things have the potental to not go right or they go wrong is when you know how good the people you are dealing with are. it was two days before I was to leave for Pennsic and the pavillion had not shown up yet and I was getting frantic (I have had a VERY BAD year) and I called Andre to find out what the *&%&^&% was going on. An hour later I got a call from a rep from Panther assuring me that one way or another I would have a pavillion (the pavillion showed up exactly when they said it would, the day before I left). In a industry filled with flakes that do not come through, both Panther and Icefalcon are true professionals and I would highly recommend them.

I bought one from Ice also. One of the "I buy two every year then sell them" ones.

Not only does the Panther go up a HELL of a lot easier than my old pavilion, and it is pretty much bombproof when put up right, but when an issue arose (that His Grace had read the wrong invoice, and I ended up paying for something I did not get on the tent) he made good on it amazingly quickly and completely to my satisfaction.

Mad props to both.. Icefalcon is definately in the service business.. his armor may not suit every taste (tho it sure as hell suits mine beautifully) but his service before, during, and after the sale are truly exemplary!
