It's important to understand that European re-enactment/playing medieval has it's "ren faire" undertow also.

Hmmmm. You'll most likely find enterprises like this in every country with a bigger medieval-ish scene.

Actually, I am trying to find German manufacturers of quality kit. I find that if one limits one's searches to their own language they limit themselves un-necessarily.

So, by all means, if you have a list of good makers of goods in Germany, please post it.
