I just saw that Mandrake is no longer doing 'custom shields' as of 4/17/06, which included yea old heater shape....

Question: Besides Icefalcon and Sir Vitus, who is making shield blanks (be it Al or wood)??

Sir Thorfinn from Ohio is doing shield blanks. I just talked to him this morning. He has very reasonable prices and his communication is very good.

I have purchased Mandrake's roller and shield tooling, and will be picking up his custome shields line with some tweaking. I am on my way to pick it all up this weekend, should be situated and ready to go in a couple weeks.

I make artic birch shields with steel edging. Any shape and size
