Ken,

I havent gotten a single response to emails sent in weeks.

I have had no update on my order in months.

I wish to cancel it and to be refunded, unless you assure me that my order is on its way.

I need to hear from you ASAP.

You can even call me. 207-318-3246

He's replied to my two emails slowly, but he has. The last one I recieved was not quite a week ago. He said he'll be gettin' going with my order soon, but also gave me the option of a refund, which was a nice gesture. But, I want my armor!

I too am waiting for my armor from Mr Zicker. I get money every two weeks - it is far easier to get than good armor.
Kinda sad in a way but I want what Zicker can do so I am still waiting on him...

Anybody know WTF happened to him to cause him to default on we his loyal customers like that? :?:

Ken is dealing with a MAJOR life change right now. I know him and I know he will honnor all outstanding debts in due time. If you can't wait and want a refund send me a PM and I will do what I can. Ken is a dear friend of mine please do not hound him at this point in time, his plate is very full.

Thanks Logan for the vote of confidence. I have things I want Ken to make for me in the future, and your support of him in his hour of need reinforces the fact that Ken is the man to do it for me. We will send good thoughts and prayers his way. Hopefully this crisis will dissipate soon.

Ken got back to me last week, and said he is getting back on track. He offered to ship my partially completed order. I'm sticking with him, and hope the rest of youse do too.
cheers

Logan -

If you get a chance to talk to Ken, updates to his outstanding orders would be nice. I spoke to him over a month ago and understand the problems that he is having. He did say that we would all be updated with new estimated delivery times though, and that never happened.

BTW - not angry with Ken. I'm patiently waiting for my order. Just giving some unsolicited advice...

Suposedly Ken is trying to bang out my pauldron....which ai greatly hope he does.

I am not mad at Ken, I am just trying to protect my investment. I know life broadsides us sometimes.

I woudl much rather my armor than my money back because I havnt found a pauldron with haut gaurd design that I like more than Kens, his have a simplistic beauty that i am really trying to go for with my harness.

I just wish that he would keep me posted on things, like a time frame for the finished prodect and such.

I never spend money I'm going to need (kind of ironic, seeing as how life changes), and when I send money away, I assume it's gone...

That's what helped during the long wait for my Hammered Wombat helm...
Other than *wanting* the helmet, I didn't have a real deadline and I didn't have any other designation for that money.

I understand that I'm in a different boat than most, and I know that others are still waiting for armour from Wombat.

Still, I counsel everyone to have faith and to patiently support the armourer.
