Off-shore Metal Spinning Company

Anybody know of an offshore metal spinning company that can spin stainless steel. The type of company that might make spun-tops for helmets or something like that. Preferably somebody that you have dealt with but even just a company that you are aware of would be great. Thanks.

I do not know any off shore spinners but if you have a project in mind try putting the design for bid on
