I am actually looking for any SCA legal (heavy fighting) Roman style helm right now,not just Gallic. I am looking for a lower end (price) one that is already made. I am not looking to order one (too much wait time) and it certainly doesn't have to be new. In fact if it were used it would probably be better as I am getting back into the game and it's going to get hit... alot.... and typically used=cheaper. So if you have retired your old Roman helm for your nice new shiny better one, make me a deal on your old one, it will be maintained well. Even a basic "dome" headed helm would work as I could modify it enough for a Roman style look. Thanks folks.
