My shop is very much a place where old armor has come to die in the past six years. This weekend is the Resurrection. I've been indulging my polishing fetish these last few days and cleaning up everything to which I have a clear title in order to sell the lot at Boredom War (this weekend in eastern MA, http://www.boredomwar.org). Some is my own work, most is just stuff by other armorers I've acquired and tweaked over the years. Much of it is "veteran" kit, but some bits are brand shiny new. I don't want to truck all this extra weight to California, so everything must go at bargain prices. If you're in the East Kingdom and planning to attend this event, please come by my table and say hi. If you are shopping for your first kit, this is your opportunity to come and haggle and maybe walk away with nearly everything you need to take the field!

If, on the other hand, you are in the market for top-of-the-line new harness, I will be sharing table space with Master Geoffrey the Younger, a better armorer than I will ever be. So y'all come on down. Whatever doesn't sell, I will put up for sale here on the Archive- so if you see something on the list you fancy, please hold off on any offers for now, and try not to be too disappointed if it gets snapped up.

The hoard will probably include: at least 2 sets of leg armor, two rebuilt bascinets, an Ashcraft-Baker spangenhelm, my old arms and gauntlets, several pairs of elbows and spaulders, some miscellaneous leather arm parts, a butted camail, a butted mail hauberk, and anything else I manage to throw in the car at the last minute. Oh yeah... and some garb, too. I'm told I do that pretty well. :)
