Stonekeep: Kydex Splints now available on arm and leg sets

Getting wonderful reviews from the first few sets we sent out on the field.
Everyone loves the weight reduction over the steel and stainless steel, and the protection they offer.

I have just added them to the website as a drop-down orderable option.

We ONLY will offer them as a splints inside option, and will therefore be hidden under the leather vambraces or leather cuisses.
I have never been one of the outspoken haters of plastic armor, but my view on the topic is anything hidden and safe is quite acceptable. We wont be sending out anything blatantly plastic and uncovered.

Coming soon: Kydex fanless knee and elbow cops. We have no current plans to make fanned ones as we are selling these to be covered, (similiar to our ugly "Pricebeater" cops). To encourage the cops to be covered, we will only be selling them in white. So cover them or look like a star wars stormtrooper... lolol

Are there any plans to sell just the Kydex splints for us after market users?

Hey David,

Sure if you need a source....
Id prob just do that through email since I dont think there would be a super-great demand, probably just a few of you guys.
Just contact a sales assistant at sales@stonekeeparmory.com and they will get you fixed up.
You will like the weight difference, its pretty substantial.

This is admirable. I salute you, once more.

Adam, if he offered them on the outside I would be making a 2 hour drive to hit him with the silly stick.

Mike, glad to hear the reports are coming back favorably. Me thinks I have created a monster..

You already know of course, but I was really surprised at the weight (or lack thereof).

Adamstjohn: Iean brought me some white to play with, but I was going to do like everyone else and order some black kydex when we actually started manufacturing stuff. I got to thinking about that, and the fact I didnt want the armor to be exposed anyways, and it hit me that if I just left it white, noone would be insane enough to try and wear it exposed. So when I order replacement, Im sticking to the white. That should definitely promote its being covered up.

Iean: Bought a new boat! hahaha I may have told you but its an offshore fishing boat. Got it back at the dealer right now getting a spare engine, extra batteries, etc etc. installed (for offshore safety). Got a trip planned with a guide out of Galveston this next week or after and Im gonna gps all the spots we fish. So get ready!! You're next.. hahaa

If you wanna split the guide service its only 100 bucks each (for using my boat and gas) and he guarantees a boat full of fish. Let me know. We wouldnt have to be in Kemah till 10am one morning to meet him. I told him I wanna specifically go after Reds.

Actually it is light gray.

Love too if work wasn't interfering with normal life. I have the last two banks opening within the next couple of weeks and doubt I will have the energy to get out of bed. I will have to come and look at the boat as soon as I can though. Like you needed a new boat. 8)
