Ok, I got these back in the spring from Performance Armoury. The thumbs never really fit right, and after taking a whack in them, I decided that I'd redo the thumbs myself. After working on them with my not-quite-so-good armoring skills and taking further whacks, I've decided that I would rather just get a new set. I don't trust my thumbs to my own meager skills. My loss will hopefully be your gain.

These have taken some hits. I didn't feel a single shot I took in the back of the hand, but the thumbs never worked right for me. I wish I had the skills to fix them, because they're by far the lightest gauntlets I've ever seen. My leather Demi's weigh more than these. Strapped with gloves I'd put these at just over 1lb apiece (I don't have an accurate small scale available - my bathroom scale added 1lb when I held both, but I'd say they're probably about 1lb each.)

Take a look at the pictures below. The thumbs will need to be replaced (one is off completely and I'll include it with the purchase) and the cuffs never really fit right - I'd probably want to replace these. The cuffs are brig style with TI plates and the thumbs are 3-lame TI. They were powdercoated black, which has taken a few hits as you can see. I would call these Medium/Large. My glove size is large and they were maybe just a tad too small.

New, Derek at Performance Armoury charges $800 for these. I'm looking for $350 to cut my loss at that.

PM me for other pictures or more information.
