Has anyone fought SCA polearm with this design? Are they deep enough to protect the individual fingers?

Deep enough? You might want to check your kingdom's requirements. To my knowledge the gauntlet only has to ground out on the rattan IF there is NOT sufficient padding inside.
So, add mouse pad padding or equivalent padding to these and I would think they would pass.
YMMV.

That would be sufficent IF there is room. It looks like they are riveted to the gloves. It would be hard to pad.
Grounding on the rattan is the safest hand protection for SCA, padding would be second safest, no padding will get your fingers broken! - experience talking here!
Has anyone fought in the gauntlets Clay from Celticwarriors make? I am seriously thinking about a pair...

I fight in clays all the time. Here is what I did for the padding, I took 1/4 inch mouse pad, glued some to the inside back of the hand, than cut some in 1inch x4inch strips and inserted them into the leather glove. I didnt know if it would work at first, but they have been perfect. Every marshal has asked, then loved the padding idea. Hope this helps, sean chipendale

both pairs sold and shipped. There is room under the carpal for padding and the finger "gadlings" are sewn on and "padding" can be easily added. I personaly do not fight SCA and have never submitted a pair for scrutiny but have sold to SCA fighters and had no complaints. Always check with your local marshal

When they get here I will have an sca marshall for this kingdom check them out, but the initial thoughts were after being padded they would be fine.
