OK, I have a Sallet that I purchased a couple of years ago...it unfortunately does not go with the rest of my armour, and I found it easier to change the helm as opposed to the rest of the rig
it has a movable visor, and a separate bevor.The metal it is made from is 14 guage ( non stainless steel ) and it is not rusty, it goes over my head with some room to spare 21 inch melon ...and will most likely fit up to a 23 or 24 inch head with room left over for padding.
ask me for pictures and I will mail you some
as for the price ...I was probably fleeced on this ...but I would like to get most of my $200 back for it

Is that SCA legal?

How does the sallet attach to the bevor?

Does the visor lock?

The sallet and bevor are separate, it is SCA legal and the visor does not lock. Hope this helps... Please post again if anyone's still interested in buying... Thanks.
